Well congratulations! I guess after the not having children thread you thought you should try out both!
I often say that parenting is a pure form of leadership, where they are dependent on us and yet we try to avoid punitive methods of behavior change. I’ve definitely learned a significant amount about leadership dealing with my different children.
Plus I’m learning how to communicate even more clearly now that I’m playing ELI5 every day.
Clear communication and expectation setting - critical components of leadership and therefore business. But not so much good for the making money part - definitely the opposite!
