United Schools Network (USN) is a small, non-profit charter management organisation in Columbus, Ohio. It serves as the district office for four public charter schools in the city — one elementary and one middle school on the east side of Columbus, and one elementary and one middle school on the west side of Columbus. Perhaps a minor typo? 16 out of 20 = 80% not 53%?
